Lucille M. Dallmier, 92, of Willow Hill, Illinois, passed away at 2:35 p.m., Thursday, January 18, 2018, at the Villas of Hollybrook in Newton, Illinois.

Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Monday, January 22, 2018, at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Ste. Marie, Illinois, with Fr. Dean Probst celebrating mass. Burial was in the St. Mary’s Cemetery in Ste. Marie, Illinois. In loving memory of Lucille, memorials may be made to the St. Mary’s Church or donor’s choice. Lucille was born on September 29, 1925, in Jasper County, Illinois, the daughter of William and Sophie (Dorn) Volk. She married Lorraine Dallmier on April 9, 1947, at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Wendelin, Illinois, and he preceded her in death on June 23, 2012. Lucille retired from Jasper County School System after 29 years as a cook. She was a member of the St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church and the Altar Society.

Lucille is survived by her children, Vincent (Mary) Dallmier of Coconut Creek, Florida, Rose Mary (Raymond) Miller of Willow Hill, Theresa (Raymond) Zwilling of Claremont, David (Rita) Dallmier of Stoy, Gerald (Teresa) Dallmier of Noble, Robert (Diane) Dallmier of Oblong, Thomas (Kathy) Dallmier of Bloomfield, Rebecca (Tom) Shamhart of Wheeler, Brenda (Bernard) Zuber of Willow Hill, James (Janet) Dallmier of Olney, and Elizabeth (Ed) Ginder of Olney; fourty-eight grandchildren; seventy great-grandchildren; two great, great-grandchildren; brother, Gilbert (Pat) Volk of Ingraham; several brother- and sisters-in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 2 sisters Annette Weber and Katherine Fehrenbacher, brothers Clarence, Raymond, Albert, Urban, Delbert, Neil, Rev. Fr. William, Joseph and Odillo Volk.
