On Monday, April 9 at 2:45 p.m. an individual reported to OPS that a student was sexually assaulted by a male known to her. The assault occurred during the early morning hours of April 9 in a residence hall. The University is investigating the incident.

On Monday, April 9 at 9:33 p.m. Moet Fults, 19, of 1120 Henninger Hall, was arrested in Henninger on a McDonough County warrant. She was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 9:37 p.m. where she was lodged pending bond.

On Wednesday, April 11 at 3:52 a.m. a student reported she was sexually assaulted by a male known to her. The assault occurred around 2 a.m. April 11 in a residence hall. The University is investigating the incident.

On April 11 at 8:40 a.m. OPS and the Macomb Fire Department responded to a fire alarm in the Beu Health Center. No smoke or fire were found and no injuries were reported.

On April 11 at 11:58 a.m. a student reported the theft of her backpack, valued at $20, a $12 gift card, $20 and headphones, valued at $100 from Currens Hall between 11:40-11:50 a.m. The incident is under investigation.

On April 11 at 4:20 p.m. an employee reported the theft of a smoke detector in Tanner Hall. The incident is under investigation.

On April 13 at 2:21 a.m. one student in the 200 block of North Western Avenue was judicially referred for cannabis. One student was judicially referred for cannabis and having an open alcohol container in a vehicle.

On April 13 at 3:15 p.m. an individual reported the theft of a backpack from a Morgan Hall office. The backpack was recovered in another Morgan Hall room. The only items reported missing were headphones, valued at $15. The incident is under investigation.

On April 14 at 6:59 p.m. Anthony Bongeorno, 19, of 504 Bayliss Hall, was arrested in Bayliss on a McDonough County warrant and for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 7:13 p.m. where he was lodged pending bond.

On April 15 at 4:22 a.m. Alex Alfred, 18, of 619 Henninger Hall, was arrested in Henninger for use of account and/or code with intent to defraud after he allegedly used an account not belonging to him to make two purchases from a local business. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 4:33 a.m. where he was lodged pending bond. Four other students were judicially referred for behavior in connection with the incident.

On April 16 at 12:24 p.m. non-student Eric D. Drew, 19, of Urbana, was arrested in Bayliss Hall for use of an account/code with the intent to defraud for allegedly using a credit card that did not belong to him. ​He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 12:51 p.m. pending bond.
 
On April 16 at 1:52 p.m. a student in Morgan Hall was judicially referred for guest responsibility.
 
On April 16 at 5:20 p.m. a student in Henninger Hall was judicially referred for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a weapon (knife).
 
On April 17 at 9:52 p.m. three students on University Drive were judicially referred for suspicion of cannabis possession.

On April 18 at 2:10 p.m. OPS and the Macomb Fire Department responded to a fire alarm in Bayliss Hall. No smoke or fire were found and no injuries were reported.

On April 18 at 11:36 p.m. one student in Thompson Hall was judicially referred for possession of cannabis and paraphernalia.

On April 19 at 1:25 a.m. Jairo Ruiz-Acuna, 23, of 236 W. Elting St., was arrested on Pierce Street for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol and illegal possession of a controlled substance. He was transported to McDonough County Jail at 2:51 a.m. where he was lodged pending bond.

On April 19 at 1:46 a.m. Luke Glynn, 20, of 405 Thompson Hall, was issued a notice to appear May 29 for a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor on Western Avenue.

n April 20 at 5:40 p.m. Cyrus Goines, 22, of 324 W. Elting St., Apt. B, was arrested in the 600 block of North Johnson Street for driving with a suspended license and for a McDonough County warrant for failure to appear. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 6:51 p.m. where he was lodged pending bond.

On April 20 at 11:56 p.m. Karion Vaughn, 18, of 216 Henninger Hall, was issued a notice to appear May 22 for a Macomb city ordinance violation for possession of cannabis less than 10 grams.

On April 21 at 1:05 a.m. non student Kristi L. Pierce, 41, of Bushnell, was issued a notice to appear May 22 for a Macomb city ordinance violation for open alcohol in a vehicle in the 1500 block of West Jackson Street.

On April 21 at 10:42 a.m. a student reported at Mowbray Hall that her cell phone, valued at $810, was stolen from a counter area in the University Union. The incident is under investigation.

On April 22 at 1:55 a.m. one student near the Wetzel Park area was judicially referred for suspicion of cannabis.

On April 26 at 3:26 p.m. Zaria Armstead, 20, of 923 Thompson Hall, was arrested in Thompson Hall on a McDonough County warrant for criminal damage to property. She was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 3:31 p.m. where she was lodged pending bond.

On April 26 at 4:55 p.m. Candis Pena, 20, of 923 Thompson Hall, was arrested in Mowbray Hall on a McDonough County warrant for criminal damage to property. She was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 4:57 p.m. where she was lodged pending bond.

On April 26 at 5:38 p.m. Katrina Keller, 19, of 932 Thompson Hall, was arrested in Mowbray Hall on a McDonough County warrant for criminal damage to property. She was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 5:41 p.m. where she was lodged pending bond.

On April 26 at 7:10 p.m. Brian Jackson, 21, of 413 W. Chandler St., was arrested in the 800 block of West Pierce Street on a McDonough County warrant for failure to appear. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 7:18 p.m. where he was lodged pending bond.

On April 26 at 7:27 p.m. OPS and the Macomb Fire Department responded to a fire alarm in Browne Hall. No smoke or fire were found and no injuries were reported.

n April 27 at 5:53 p.m. two students in the Corbin Hall parking lot were judicially referred for behavior.

On April 28 at 12:34 a.m. Connor Bowles, 20, of 627 Corbin Hall, Blaine Venvertloh, 19, of 612 Thompson Hall and Brett Henry, 19, of 612 Tanner Hall, were each issued a notice to appear in court June 5 for a Macomb City ordinance violation of unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor on Sherman Circle.

On April 28 at 1:18 a.m. Kevohn McMahon, 20, of 930 N. Albert St., was arrested on Charles Street for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 2:36 a.m. pending bond.

On April 28 at 2:08 a.m. Catera Johnson, of 540 Corbin Hall, was issued a notice to appear in court May 29 for a Macomb City ordinance violation of unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor at the intersection of Adams and Charles streets. On April 28 at 2:47 a.m. Immanuel Smith, 23, of Silvis, IL, was arrested at the intersection of Adams and Charles streets for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 3:02 a.m. pending bond. On April 28 at 3:31 a.m. non-student Marcus Graham, 21, of Macomb, was arrested at the intersection of Adams and Charles streets for manufacture or delivery of 30-500 grams of cannabis. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 4:58 a.m. pending bond.

On April 28 at 11:40 a.m. a subject came to Mowbray Hall to report his wallet, containing various identification and credit cards and $80, stolen from his jacket at Hanson Field. The incident is under investigation.

On April 30 at 12:40 p.m. Zachary Barnett, 18, of 341 ½ N. Lafayette St., was arrested in Morgan Hall as part of a felony investigation being conducted by the Macomb Police Department. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 12:48 p.m. where he was lodged pending bond.

On April 30 at 5:25 p.m. nonstudent Christopher Gonzalez, 21, of Chicago, was arrested in Q-Lot for domestic battery in and near Thompson Hall and the Alfred D. Boyer Stadium. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 5:35 p.m. where he was lodged pending bond.

On May 1 at 11:29 a.m. one student in the Bayliss Hall service drive was judicially referred for theft and behavior.
