D. Marie Miller, passed away August 27, 2010 in Sonoma, CA.

Marie was the loving mother of daughters Vicky, Michele and Terri was born in Newton, IL on Sept. 11, 1923 as Dorothy Marie Utley. She married W. Noel Miller of Shelbyville, IL on July 19, 1942 and they settled in Dallas, TX before moving to California. Much of Marie's life was spent volunteering for various charities and schools, she was a life-long Episcopalian and did much work for the church. Although most of her life was devoted to raising her 3 daughters, Marie spent several years as a legal secretary in Dallas. The Millers also resided in Los Altos, CA, McLean VA, Sacramento, CA and Peoria, AZ where Marie was administrative assistant at Major League Spring Training facilities in Peoria and Surprise, AZ from 1993 to 2006. She resided in Sonoma for the last 2 years.
Marie is survived by her three daughters, three sons-in-law, Leon, Jim and Lee, and four grandsons, Chris (Janine), Beau (Andrea), Bryan and Danny.
Marie is preceded in death by her husband, Noel Miller.
