George J. "Jack" Samulowitz, 80, of Greenup, died at 10:07 p.m. Tuesday, August 17, 2010, at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Bishop Funeral Home in Greenup. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Brooke Davis officiating. Burial will be in Greenup Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society.
