Letter to the Editor:

Dear neighbors,

I realize that you do not know that I do suffer from PTSD frm my service in Vietnam and that the strobe lights are a trigger to my episodes, but not trying to to be unfriendly or un-neighborly, I'm just taking care of my health.

I am so glad I had my camper to park in the front of my house to help block the strobe lights from flashing in the windows, however, I am still bothered by the lights for unkown reasons.

I do know that Police Chief Mike Swick had asked you to please turn the strobe lights off at 10 p.m. on week nights and 11 p.m. on week ends, which you did agree to on two different times, but for some unknown reasons you did not comply.

I am asking you to please comply to the requested times by Mike Swick. I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you for reading my letter.
