CANTON-Jeremy D. Mahr, 33, and Samantha D. Henderson, 32, were arrested Tuesday afternoon after Canton Police reportedly observed Mahr exiting the driver's side of a vehicle parked in the Top Line Auto Parts parking lot.
Officers also reportedly observed a clear plastic bag containing numerous small round red pills fall from the interior of the vehicle as Mahr exited.
Henderson, who was a passenger in the vehicle, reportedly admitted to holding drug paraphernalia and a bag containing meth.
Mahr was charged with possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursor without prescription, unlawful possession of controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia driving while license suspended, resisting or obstructing a peace officer.
Henderson was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Both were transported to Fulton County Jail to await their first appearances.
Kimberley A Finley, 45, was arrested Saturday evening on meth charges after Canton Police made a traffic stop in which she was a passenger.
The driver of the vehicle was charged with no valid driver's license and was released at the scene.
Finley was charged with possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers reportedly found her to be in possession of a glass pipe containing meth residue and three clear plastic baggies containing a rock-like substance suspected of being meth.
She was taken to Fulton County Jail to await her first court appearance.
All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
